Design & Development

Employee Development: The level of service defines any business and in hospitality, it is a defining measurable quality. KND’s Operating Standards training sessions span from front of house, to housekeeping and maintenance, to F&B and back of house personnel.

Departmental Training: Continued training and development is a key element to continued success. KND offers scheduled routine training sessions in order to establish a consistent and progressive program in which to invest and develop team members and equip new team members with the skills needed to maintain the highest level of service. We offer department specific training in order to provide focused sessions to employees of every level instilling in them the importance of hospitality in each role.

Budgets and Finances

Quotas & Budgets: Analyzing previous revenue history, operational costs, and current profit and loss patterns will allow us to identify key issues that will prepare us to align with your property’s goals to bridge the gap between current revenue and forecast.

Sales & Marketing: Evaluate existing processes and systems to determine how to maximize revenue and profit streams with existing efforts or newly proposed ideas to achieve budgeted revenues. Evaluate current branding, existing market presence and current client relationships. Asses current marketing efforts and offer insight based on research and competitive analysis to determine the effectiveness of existing resources and a strategy for necessary adjustments.
